Rules

 Papers must be compatible with “Congress Topics” in order to be accepted.

• In order for the paper to be included in the Congress Book, the authors of the papers must register for the congress.

• If the paper has been accepted or published in a scientific journal, this should be reported at the time of application.

• If the paper has been presented in another congress before, this should be stated.

• If necessary, Ethics Committee approval should be obtained for Original Research type papers.

• Papers will be sent using the online submission system on the congress website.

• After the papers uploaded to the system are evaluated by the relevant editor, they will be evaluated as double-blind by the referees in the Scientific Committee.

• Accepted papers will be included in the e-Congress Book with ISBN No. The congress book will be published digitally by the international Atatürk University Publishing House.

• Papers and presentations must be in English.

 

ABSTRACT

• It should consist of minimum 250, maximum 600 words.

• It should not contain pictures, tables or graphics.

• Authors should be registered in the system according to their order in the paper.

• Minimum 3, maximum 5 keywords should be specified.

 

FULL TEXT

• Papers should contain at least 1,000 and at most 4,000 words.

• Authors should be registered in the system according to their order in the paper.

• Sections should be written in the following order and each section should meet the specified criteria:

o Title: It should be written in capital letters, short and concise, reflect the content of the study, and appropriate in terms of describing and generalizing the study.

o Abstract and Keywords: The abstract should contain a maximum of 600 words, minimum 3, maximum 5 keywords should be specified.

o Introduction and Aim: Brief information about the subject of the research should be given, the purpose and importance of the study should be stated.

o Materials and Methods: Type, place, time, universe of the study, sample, data collection method, variables, data analysis, statistical tests used, etc.

o Findings: The findings of the study should be presented clearly to the reader. Pictures, tables and graphs can be added.

o Discussion: The important findings of the study should be discussed in line with the current literature.

o Conclusion: The important results of the study, its contribution to the existing knowledge and the inferences and recommendations based on this should be included.

o Resources: Required.
